Located in a private residential neighborhood surrounded by beautiful mountains and miles and miles of trails. In the winter enjoy cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snow mobiling right out your front door!! Short drives to Heavenly Ski Resort, Sierra at Tahoe and Kirkwood.
Enjoy year round recreation in Tahoe Paradise neighborhood close to Heavenly Village, Epic Discovery, Camp Richardson and surrounding beaches, as well as close access to Tahoe Rim Trail, Pacific Crest Trail, Fallen Leaf Lake, Echo Lake, Mt. Tallac and more!
The open living area is great for entertaining to accommodate large families with a huge fully equipped kitchen, large comfortable living room and a large expandable dining room table with seating for 12.
